Donuts
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp salt
Glaze
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp milk
- 3 tbsp orange sugar
- orange food coloring
Decorations
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- pretzels
- green food coloring
Prepare all ingredients.
Mix puree, sugar, butter and milk.
Mix all dry ingredients separately.
Combine both masses and knead the dough. Bake donuts in an oven preheated to 350 degrees for about 30 minutes. Allow to cool.
Mix all ingredients for the glaze, add orange food coloring. Pour glaze over donuts and sprinkle with orange sugar.
Beat butter with powdered sugar, add green food coloring, form leaves. Make a branch out of a piece of pretzel.
