Zombie Cookies
Simple cake mix cookies perfect for Halloween, dyed green with creepy zombie eyes and sprinkles.

Ingredients
- 1 box white cake mix 15.25 oz size
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 3-4 drops green food coloring
- Green and white candy eyeballs
- 3 tbsp Halloween Nonpareils
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees, and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Add the cake mix, oil, and eggs to a large bowl and stir until a dough forms.
- Add the food coloring, and mix until the color is solid.
- Then fold in the nonpareils.
- Use a cookie scoop to gather dough, and drop rounded balls of dough onto the baking sheet about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 8-11 minutes, until cookies are done.
- Remove from the oven, and immediately add one white and one green eyeball to each cookie. Gently press into the cookie so that they stay in.
