Snowman Cupcakes
Snowman cupcakes are adorable treats perfect for winter celebrations! These cute cupcakes are decorated with marshmallows, frosting, and candy to resemble snowmen.
Ingredients
For The Decoration:
- 10 sweet straw
- 1/2 stack Marshmallow
- candies colored
- 4 tbsp Jam
- food coloring
Wet ingredients:
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup marshmallow
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
Dry Ingredients:
- 1 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large egg
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp soda
- 2/3 cup yogurt
Instructions
- Prepare all ingredients.
- Mix all dry ingredients for the dough.
- Beat all the remaining ingredients for the dough and add to the dry ones. Knead the dough.
- In paper cupcake liners, put some dough, a little jam, and dough again. Bake in a preheated oven at 190°F for about 20 minutes. Cool down.
- Dissolve the marshmallow in hot milk. Allow them to completely cool.
- Combine heavy cream with cream cheese and whisk everything. Put on cupcakes.
- On marshmallows, paint the faces of the snowmen with food coloring. Put it on cupcakes. Add sticks - hands and a sweet straw - button.
