Rotel Dip Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground pork sausage
  • 16 oz Velveeta cut into cubes
  • 10 oz Rotel Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies

Instructions

  • In a large skillet, cook ground sausage on medium-high heat until no longer pink.
  • Reduce heat to low.
  • Add Velveeta and Rotel in the skillet with cooked sausage, stirring often until the cheese is completely melted.
  • Transfer dip to bowl and serve immediately with crackers, veggies, or your favorite dippers.

Notes

This dip should be served hot. Store in the fridge in a covered dish for up to 3 days.
