Ingredients

  • 1 large turkey thighs
  • 1 cup chicken or vegetable broth
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/3 tsp paprika
  • 1/3 tsp garlic granulated
  • 1/3 tsp coriander
  • 1/3 tsp meat spice mixture

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 380°F. In a bowl, mix butter with salt and spices.
  • Spread an even, thin layer of turkey thigh on both sides. It is convenient to use any culinary spatula.
  • Transfer the turkey thigh to a baking dish. Add broth. Cover with foil and place in the oven. Bake for 60 minutes for a large thigh, and 45 minutes for two small thighs.
  • If you want the turkey to be more crispy on top, remove the foil 10 minutes before cooking.
  • Serve hot, sliced, with your favorite gravy. Roasted turkey drops can be used to prepare it.
