Chocolate Covered Marshmallow Pumpkins

Ingredients
- 12 regular size marshmallows
- 1 bag orange candy melts
- 12 small pretzel sticks
- 6 pieces of green candy such as mike & ikes - cut in half
- 10-12 Oreo’s with the cream removed - crushed
Instructions
- Open Oreo’s and scrap the inside cream out. Crush Oreo cookies until they are a fine “dirt”. Set aside.
- Melt candy melts by following directions on the bag. Set aside.
- Take 1 pretzel stick, dip into the candy melt, stick into the marshmallow. Continue until all marshmallows have a pretzel stick. Let sit for a minute or two to ensure the pretzels all marshmallows have a pretzel stick. Let sit for a minute or two to ensure the pretzels are secure for dipping.
- Dip marshmallows one at a time into the candy melt. Using a spoon to help coat the marshmallow all over.
- Hold for a moment to let excess coating chocolate drip off.
- Dip the coated marshmallow into the crushed Oreo’s. Roll slightly to allow some “dirt” to get on the sides of the marshmallow as well.
- If necessary dip the green mike & ike in the chocolate and place on the coated marshmallow.
- Place on wax paper to allow the chocolate to set up.
