12ozegg noodles cooked and drained
25Ritz crackers or 1 cup crumbs

Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine diced chicken, yellow onion, cream of chicken, mayo, shredded cheese, peas, and carrots. Mix until the ingredients are creamy and fully incorporated.
Gently fold in the cooked and drained egg noodles, being careful not to break them.
Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish, spreading it evenly.
Crush Ritz crackers into crumbs using a blender and spread them over the mixture.
